Vice-President (Student Life)

The Vice-President (Student Life) coordinates Activities Night, allocates Services resources, and oversees Club policies.

Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating human resources processes such as recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, evaluations, and supporting the operationalization of the É«½ç°É’s mandates surrounding anti-oppression and accessibility. hr@ssmu.ca
Services Administrator

The Services Administrator chairs the Services Review Committee, is responsible for updating Service constitutions, and presides over the Services Summit. They are one of the points of contact for all Services and are available to answer any questions and concerns.

Services Representative

The Services Representative sits on the É«½ç°É Legislative Council and the Services Review Committee. They are responsible for representing Services’ interests to the Legislative Council. Feel free to reach out to them with questions or concerns.

Funding Commissioner

The Funding Commissioner is responsible for collecting funding applications from Services and managing the disbursement of funds to student groups. Contact for inquiries about the application process or about one of the many funds available to Services.

Front Desk Receptionist

The É«½ç°É’s Front desk receptionist can assist with general inquiries about the É«½ç°É and provide approval for postering in the building. The staff can be reached at (514) 398-6800 and is available in the É«½ç°É office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Events Specialist

The Events Specialist is the primary contact for event-related support at the University Centre and Gerts Bar, ensuring all events comply with É«½ç°É policies. Key responsibilities include managing the Event Management System (EMS), overseeing bookings, equipment rentals, and event services such as setup, security, and other amenities.

Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator oversees the documentation, compliance, and risk assessment of events organized by É«½ç°É groups, particularly those held outside the University Centre. They ensure efficient contract processing and maintain thorough supporting documentation in accordance with É«½ç°É policies.
