DECISIONS REGARDING INTERVENORS FOR THE AUS REFERENDUM CASE

After careful deliberation among the presiding Judicial Board Justices, Jeremy Miller’s application for intervenor status has been rejected. Based on his application, the Judicial Board was not satisfied that his intervention would meet art. 22 of the É«½ç°É Judicial Board Procedures, namely, that the intervention would be “necessary for a complete solution to the questions in issue.”

Beni Fisch’s application for intervenor status was granted.
