The É«½ç°É Equity Committee handles issues related to Equity and Social Justice within the É«½ç°É and at McGill. The Equity Committee reports to É«½ç°É Council and is involved in organizing Social Justice Days, a week long series of events in the Winter Semester addressing Social Justice issues that affect McGill students.
Equity Committee is comprised of undergraduate students representing a wide range of backgrounds and identities. We are currently looking for students who have a specific interest in race and ethnic relations as well as first peoples rights. There are also spots available for students who have a general interest in equity.
